Hello ladies,

I just got my miscarriage diagnosis today :(( I feel terrible …but DH and I are talking abt our next options…

We did 1 fresh and 1 frozen cycle in the Tulsa fertility clinic…but our dear RE is moving away from ivf stuff to just ob-gyn work :frowning:

We are thinking abt doing the next treatment in Dallas …does any of u have experience with infertility clinics in Dallas?

Hello and sorry about your miscarriage. I am about starting my first IVF cycle with Dr. Le in Irving. He has good prices for OOP patients and his SART rates are good. Their website is Reproductive Care Dallas
Good luck

I saw a RE at OU then thought I needed to switch REs so I went to Tulsa and met with the same RE you are talking about. I didnt feel comfortable with her so I went to Dallas. I was going to CARE fertility in Bedford Tx, which is where the main office is but they have others in Frisco and Forth Worth. I have been diagnosed with NK Cells so I am now going to SIRM in Dallas. Hope this helps.

Bennett Fertility Institute

Hi girls! I’m starting my first IVF in May with Dr Reshef at the Bennett Fertility Institute in OKC. From what I understand he is one of the best in the country. Have you looked into OKC?

Thats where I originally wanted to go but I was told I was not welcome there and they would not see me because im in a same sex relationship. Ive heard the same thing about him being one of the best. I really think it depends on WHY you are having trouble. SIRM is one of the only clinics in the US who will treat NK cells. Good luck!!

Wow I’m really disappointed hearing that they don’t accept same sex relationships. Maybe they aren’t as intelligent as I thought. Sorry you’re having to deal with that.

I second this recommendation for IFVMD (their new name). I see Dr. Escobar at this clinic and love him. He is super smart, up to date on all the latest info and has great bedside manner. I never feel rushed or leave the clinic feeling like I didn’t get my questions answered. He really is one of the best doctors I have ever had. They have the best birth rate for the Dallas area in women under 35 years old. Best IVF Clinics In Dallas For Women Under 35 I love the fact that you see the doctor at each visit and the doctor does all of the ultrasounds and they don’t make you cycle with a group. Oh and one huge thing is NO PIO injections - they use suppositories instead. Also, if you look at the SART data they had 373 cycles with 3 doctors at the clinic. SIRM had 315 cycles and as far as I know, there is only one doctor at that clinic, so to me that would indicate you are getting less time with the M.D.
IVFMD is also several thousand cheaper than SIRM. I am planning on IVF in late June.

You have to go see Dr Rodriguez in Plano! He is AMAZING!!! I really can’t say enough wonderful things. He is known as one of the best and leads the ARTS department for the Presby Hospital! Look up IVF Texas! I am a very difficult case and starting my first IVF cycle this month but they have supported me through everything from drying my tears from fears, to sharing laughs, and just becoming an extension of my family! If you are coming to Dallas you have to check him out! If you mention me he will know who you are talking about… Let me know if you want any more information. Don’t give up!!!

I also saw Dr. Le in Irving. He is very, very nice! We got pg with our first IVF seeing him. Unfortunately, we were not as fortunate with him in ttc#2.

Just a note about Dr. Haas. I saw him periodically when Dr. Le was out and his bedside manner is not near as friendly. The straw with Dr. Haas was when he did my final u/s and determined no heartbeat was to be found. He was so business about it. Absolutely no consolation. No offer of hope for another cycle. No emotion at all. Basically it was, “I see no heartbeat, see ya later.” It was obvious he did not get that we spent thousands of $ and did not understand the magnitude of the message he delivered, “no heartbeat”. I would avoid him if at all possible.

I also have to say to check out Dr Douglas as he is highly recommended by the community as well. I hope this all helps!!!

I’ve also heard really good things about Dr. Rod from my sister in law, who works at Presby and goes to him.

I went to Dr. Beshay at UTSW in Dallas and he was great. Everyone in his office was very friendly. I was able to get pregnant through UI, but I have a coworker who goes to him for IVF, they were able to get pregnant with their first daughter with him and are now going on round 2.

Wait to see Dr. Goldstein at Fertility Specialists of Texas ?

I am new to this web site, however have been ttc for over two years. I also am a patient of Dr. Goldstein at Fertility Specialists of Texas. He spent so much time with us on ur first visit and and we love him and the staff.
I was referred to a web site, fertilitysuccessrates.com and found that for women my age, he has very high success rates. They are the best in the area.

I would ask for Amy who is the IVF coordinator as well. She is great.

We are starting our second IVF cycle with Dr. Goldstein after no fert at another clinic.
