Low-Carb, High Protein Diet Improves In Vitro Ferilization

#1

So in case no one has seen in, new research suggests that a low-carb, high protein diet improves in vitro fertilization.

I suspected this for a long time, given that most other omnivorous animals— from fish to birds to reptiles to mammals— all have improved fecundity when protein is readily available. It stands to reason that this could be the case in IVF, as well. Just think about what is in a chicken’s egg.

Thanks. That is a very interesting study.
