PCOS/metformin/ fertilAid...help!

Hi ladies,
I have a huge concerns and is in need of advices. Just a little history about us, Hb and I have been trying for over a year, first my RE said that I might have PCOS, she put me on Clomids, and I have tried for 4 rounds, all BFN. She then referred us to infertility specialist, and we did 1 round of Clomids IUI, and 1 round of injectable IUI, both also BFN. We went to Dr. Haddad for the second opinion, we told him our history and journey with infertility, he recommended IVF promise that it’ll give us the most successful result… But are so expensive, we just can’t afford it right now. while we are saving for IVF, we want to keep trying and praying.

My question is: I just had my period, but feel like i’m not ovulating ( based on my previous blood test, my progestone level has always been good with the help of clomid, without clomid it has been low… Which mean no ovulation) I do get my period every month… 32- 35 days. Went to see my OB today, because she think that I indeed have PCOS. She said that it’s possible to have regular period and no ovulation. I’m 27, 5’1, and weight 99 lbs. the only test I have Taking is blood test to measure progestone level. Both tubes are open. Today she prescribed metformin.

It you have PCOS, how did your doctor diagnosed you?

Also, I just ordered FertilAid, Fertilitea, Royal Jelly and Preseed. Anyone has use it, what are your opinions about them? Any success? Not sure if I should put them aside and just take metformin. Or try the supplyments for a few months without metformin. Or takes them together. Any advise or story you share would really help out… (sorry I have been venting… Been really stressful about this whole thing… Just find out 2 of our friends are preggos… Such bitter and sweet feeling)

I have PCOS and unlike like lots of ppl with PCOS I am as well not overweight, however it means Poly cystic Ovarian Syndrome mean abnormal cysts on the ovaries. I would have tons of cysts some would be painful and some would not. My period was irregular skips some months, I started taking Metformin haven’t had any cysts since consistently taking it.
So ask your RE/OBGYN IF you have cysts or why they might think you have PCOS…
