Treatment Meds?

#1

Hello,
I am curious as to what others treatment plans were for the FET transfer?
I am planning to start my 2nd FET after next CD1.
How many weeks did it take from CD1 to transfer date and what meds were you on?

Thanks!

I ovulated regular on my own so I did a natural cycle. NO Meds till after ovulation and then progesterone. It was a little more monitoring as I was in every day from 10-14 when I ovulated but it felt great not to take meds and try it “natural”.

Good luck. I hope this time is your time.

It was 26 days btwn CD1 and transfer for me. I used Delestrogen (estrogen in oil) shots 2x weekly, Endometrin suppositories every 8 hrs, Metformin for PCOS and then started heparin 2x daily on transfer day.

Meds will vary with different patients because every situation is different.

Currently in the 2WW post FET

On day 10 of cycle I started on Progesterone and progynova.

Progesterone (P4) - 3 Pessaries a day
Progynova (E2) - 2 tablets 3 times a day
1 Asprin - increase my Blood Flow

Does that help?

You’ll notice the protocols vary quite a bit! Here’s mine:

10/12 start BCPs
11/7 last BCP
11/12 baseline u/s, start estrogen
11/23 lining check
11/24 start progesterone
11/28 FET
12/12 beta

My meds were DelEstrogen (IM injection, 0.2 ml, once every 3 days) and Progesterone in oil (1 ml, daily). For some reason my RE really favors the shots for FET.
