Hello FertilityCommunity members,
The link below is a survey conducted by a research team at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Medicine and Public Health seeking to learn more about the desire for, value of, potential uses of, and concerns about genetic testing of embryos and embryo donors, in individuals who have, or are currently considering or pursuing, embryo adoption.
Your responses will help healthcare professionals within the field of genetics better understand unique and relevant issues related to genetic testing for families using embryo adoption. There are no right or wrong answers to any questions in the survey. You do not need to know anything about genetics to answer questions. We simply want to better understand your experiences, thoughts, and perspectives related to embryo adoption and genetic testing.
Your participation is completely voluntary and you may discontinue your participation at any time. This survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. This survey is anonymous and will not collect any personal identifiable information.
Thank you for your participation!
